About me

Hey! I’m Lucy, an accredited practicing dietitian, certified personal trainer, online coach, content creator and spicy marg connoisseur. I am passionate about helping people like you train and nourish your body in a way that gets results whilst maintaining the flexibility to live a balanced and full life.

Through my 1:1 coaching programs I help my clients work towards their health goals, gain strength and athleticism and improve their training and nutrition literacy so that they can gain the confidence they need to perform well and see consistent progression towards their goals.

I love working with people from all backgrounds and experience levels, from the nutrition king or queen to the gym newbie. I strive to help my clients forge a love for training and nourishing the body by providing the structure, support and know how to get to where they want to be.

For me, training and nutrition is about growth, enjoyment, overall wellbeing and improved performance, not about shrinking ourselves or achieving the “perfect” body. This is reflected in how I run my business and work with my clients.
