Evidence-based guidance. Dietitian designed resources. A framework that actually works.

You know something needs to change. But trying to “fix” this on your own hasn’t worked.

You’ve read the blogs.
Listened to the podcasts.
Tried to piece together advice from Instagram, forums, and well-meaning friends.

And yet… you’re still here.
Still without a cycle.
Still stuck between wanting to recover and being terrified of what that means.

The HA Recovery Framework is for women who want clarity, structure, and support but need the flexibility to move at their own pace.

It’s for the woman who is done with generic advice, diet culture noise, and conflicting information. For the woman who wants a grounded, evidence-based path forward that considers your body, your fears, your life.

This is not a quick fix.

It’s a guided, compassionate, step-by-step framework designed to help you understand what’s happening in your body, why recovery feels so hard, and how to move through it in a way that is both physically and emotionally sustainable.
