I work with women like you to help you discover your “new normal” in fitness and health—one where you feel empowered, strong, informed, and supported. Together, we’ll build a joyful life where you feel confident in every aspect of nutrition and fitness.

Through education and collaboration, you’ll gain clarity on how to nourish your body well and train effectively, empowering you to make lasting changes that honor your unique body and needs.

In this journey, you’ll strip away food rules, unrealistic expectations, and diet culture BS, creating space for less self-doubt and more of what truly matters to you. HOW IT ALL

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with over 200 women, helping them get stronger, eat better, and find confidence in their bodies. Together, we’ve built sustainable habits and shifted mindsets, making fitness and nutrition feel empowering instead of limiting.

To rebuild their lives and create their own “new normal” within health and fitness. 

Just like many of my clients, my relationship with food and exercise wasn’t always healthy. For years, I was heavily influenced by social media diet trends, toxic body ideals, and societal pressures that convinced me that looking a certain way meant success. My days were spent in a mental loop of tracking, planning, and stressing—far from truly living.

Getting out of that mindset was hard, but it was one of the most transformative things I’ve ever done. Studying to become a health and fitness professional gave me the tools and knowledge I needed to rebuild my approach to nutrition and training. I learned how to make smarter choices in my workouts, let go of the fear around carbs and calories, and focus on truly nourishing my body in a way that felt good and supported real, sustainable results. 

Through my journey, I discovered I wasn’t alone. So many women have been misled by diet trends and confusing online advice, often left feeling stuck in the same cycle I was in. I realised that I wanted to help these women find the same clarity I had found 


Looking ahead, my mission is clear: to help more women find their “new normal” in health and fitness — one that’s free from restrictive diets, confusing trends, and toxic ideals.

I envision a future where women feel empowered to eat and train in ways that nourish and fulfil them, honouring their unique needs and bodies.

My goal is to create a world where health is rooted in flexibility, joy, and confidence, and where diet culture no longer dictates our choices. 

 Every woman deserves a life where wellness is freeing, not limiting, and I’m here to make that vision a reality.
