Do you have a lock-in period?

Yes, there is a 12-week initial commitment. After the first 12 weeks, your coaching subscription will continue on a week-to-week basis, offering flexibility as you progress. Coaching works best when we are in it for the long haul, but if you change your mind and decide to try something else you can cancel at any time with 4 weeks notice.

I can only train ___ days per week. Can you make this work?

Absolutely! Every part of your program is personalised to fit your schedule. Whether you can train 2 days or 6, we’ll create a routine that works for you.

If I go on holiday, can I pause my coaching?

Of course. Coaching can be paused with at least 2 weeks’ notice to process the suspension, ensuring your program aligns with your schedule.

I am brand new to the gym, is online coaching right for me?

Yes! I work with clients at all experience levels, from complete beginners to seasoned lifters. No matter where you are on your journey, I’ll help you build structure, gain confidence, and perfect your form to make the most of every session.
