We’ll begin with a quick call to discuss your goals, challenges, and what you’re looking to achieve through nutrition and fitness coaching. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and learn what you can expect from working with me.
Once everything is set, we’ll schedule your initial nutrition and fitness assessment. This is where we dive into your current nutrition and training, discuss your goals in detail, and start building a personalized roadmap to get you moving in the right direction.
If you’re eligible, obtaining a referral from your GP allows you to claim back a portion of your nutrition session fees through Medicare. I’m here to guide you through this step if you need help.
After our call, you’ll fill out a detailed form to share important information about your health, lifestyle, and nutrition and training goals. This helps me understand how to best support you on your journey.

The initial consultation is 1 hour, and follow-up sessions are 45 minutes. Each session focuses on your current progress, nutrition goals, and any adjustments needed to keep you on track.

Yes! If your private health cover includes dietetics, you may be able to claim a portion of your fees. An invoice will be issued after each payment, which you can use to make a claim. For Medicare, your GP may provide a Medicare plan depending on your needs, which can offer rebates. With a Medicare care plan from your GP, you’re eligible for a rebate of up to $60.35 per session (and potentially more if you’ve reached your safety net) for each referred session.

No problem at all. If you feel you need more support after your coaching period, we can continue on a month-to-month basis. You’ll have the flexibility to finish whenever you’re ready.

I’m not a fan of strict meal plans. My nutrition guides are flexible, offering a "menu" of meal and snack ideas that fit with your preferences and lifestyle. You’ll have a variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options to choose from each week, and we can add to this over time to keep things fresh.

Payments are set up as an ongoing subscription, automatically deducted from your nominated bank account every second Sunday.
