Ingredients:
- 125g chicken tenderloins
- 30g Marion’s Kitchen Thai Spicy Satay Sauce
- 1 bundle vermicelli noodles
- 75g finely cut coleslaw mix
- 50g bean sprouts
- 40g frozen edamame
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 5g peanuts, chopped
Method:
- Marinate and Cook the Chicken:
- Coat the chicken tenderloins with 10g of the Thai Spicy Satay Sauce.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly spray with oil.
- Cook the marinated chicken for approximately 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
